NAWGA Representative - Important Information
 

1. Download the Official NAWGA Club Membership form. Please use the form provided and not your own! Typed information is preferred. If you cannot use the Word Document provided download the PDF form. Please, hand fill and submit. 
    

2. Double check spelling of Names, email addresses and GHIN #’s
    

3. Mail a copy of your list and check to the NAWGA Treasurer.

  

Clubs that use AGA On-line Join/NAWGA Dues

 If your NAWGA dues are collected through the AGA On-line Join coordinate list and check with your         treasurer.
